When he’s not leading the team, you’ll find him with his family, playing sports or soaking up the outdoors recharging so he can show up sharp for the client & crew.

Sam brings eight years of hands-on post-frame experience and a steady, solutions-first mindset to every project. He’s the guy who keeps builds moving, keeps the crew aligned and makes sure the final product lands above the client’s expectations. His combination of technical skill, clear communication, and pride in the details makes him a trusted leader on the team.
Off the clock, Sam’s either with his family or wrenching on anything with wheels because problem-solving and precision aren’t just part of the job, they’re how he’s wired.

Jordan is a Journeyman Carpenter with eight years of building experience and a natural talent for leading crews with confidence and clarity. He keeps jobs running smoothly, sets the tone on site, and makes sure the craftsmanship stays tight from start to finish. His leadership style blends steady guidance with a good sense of humor which is why clients and the crew trust him to keep projects on track.
When he’s not running a site, Jordan’s out camping, telling stories and recharging so he can show up ready to lead the next build.

Crew Foreman
Brandon is a Carpentry Apprentice with seven years of post-frame experience and a reputation for being the guy who shows up ready to work and put the hammer down. He brings solid skill, a sharp eye for detail, and the kind of consistency the crew trusts. As a crew foreman, he keeps the pace strong, supports the team, and pushes for progress on every build.
Off site, Brandon’s with his family or catching a game always focused on growth, both in the trade and in life.

Apprentice Carpenter
Brett is a 4th-year Carpentry Apprentice with four years of post-frame experience and a serious commitment to getting the details right. He brings steady craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and a mindset geared toward constant improvement. Whether he’s cutting, setting, or problem-solving on site, Brett aims for nothing short of precision.
Outside of work, he’s often woodworking or training as a firefighter. Two passions that reflect exactly who he is: disciplined, focused, and always striving for perfection.

Kayden is a 3rd-year Carpentry Apprentice with three years of post-frame experience and a strong drive to sharpen his craft. He brings a steady work ethic, solid team spirit and a focus on doing every task with pride. On site, he’s known for showing up ready to learn, ready to work, and ready to push for excellence.
When he’s off the tools, Kayden’s usually chasing a new adventure or out fishing to recharge and bring his best to the next build.

Donny is a 1st year Carpentry Apprentice and brings an extensive amount of post frame experience to the Cinch team. Whether it’s hammering nails or installing trim, Donny takes pride in the quality of work he leaves behind, and it shows!
Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time kickboxing and taking long walks on the beach with his girlfriend.
