    When he’s not leading the team, you’ll find him with his family, playing sports or soaking up the outdoors recharging so he can show up sharp for the client & crew.

    Sandy AKA “Jordan” is a Journeyman Carpenter with eight years of building experience and a natural talent for leading crews with confidence and clarity.     Basil AKA “Brandon” is a 2nd-year Carpentry Apprentice with six years of post-frame experience and a reputation for being the guy who shows up ready to work and put the hammer down. He brings solid skill, a sharp eye for detail, and the kind of consistency every crew depends on. As a Lead Hand, he keeps the pace strong, supports the team, and pushes for progress on every build.

    Off site, Brandon’s with his family or catching a game always focused on growth, both in the trade and in life.

    Apprentice Carpenter

    Brett AKA “Bread” is a 3rd-year Carpentry Apprentice with three years of post-frame experience and a serious commitment to getting the details right. He brings steady craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and a mindset geared toward constant improvement. Whether he’s cutting, setting, or problem-solving on site, Brett aims for nothing short of precision.

    Outside of work, he’s often woodworking or training as a firefighter. Two passions that reflect exactly who he is: disciplined, focused, and always striving for perfection.
